Noise Monitoring For the comfort of our guests and neighbors, the home is equipped with a NoiseAware device that monitors noise levels only. The device does not record conversations or audio, and no audio can be heard or accessed. House Rules Strictly Prohibited Pets are not permitted on the property. Smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or any other form of smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises. Guests who wish to smoke must do so on the public street and properly dispose of all cigarette butts and ashes. Parties, events, gatherings, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and similar functions are not allowed. Burning candles, incense, fireworks, or any other open flames is strictly prohibited. Blocking, tampering with, or covering exterior security cameras is prohibited. Check-In & Check-Out Check-in: After 4:00 PM Check-out: By 11:00 AM Self-check-in is available using the smart lock. Respect for Neighbors Please keep noise levels at a reasonable volume at all times. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Loud music, disruptive behavior, or disturbances are not permitted. Property Care Please lock all doors whenever leaving the property to help protect your belongings and ensure security. Do not wash dishes in bathroom sinks. Treat the home with care and respect: If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move something, please return it to its original location. Guests & Visitors The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the number listed on the reservation. Unregistered visitors and overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval. Mail & Deliveries Due to postal regulations, guests may not use the property's mailbox. Amazon and other package deliveries may be sent directly to the front door. Nearby post office services are available for mail needs. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Internet Usage Excessive internet data usage beyond the limits of our service plan may result in a $50 overage charge. Toiletries & Supplies Complimentary toiletries are provided as a starter supply to help you settle in upon arrival. For extended stays or additional needs, guests are responsible for purchasing any extra supplies. Fees & Additional Charges Smoking Violation $250 fee for any smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or evidence of smoking on the property. Unauthorized Late Check-Out $50 per hour after 11:00 AM without prior approval. Additional Guests $50 per person, per night for any guest not included in the reservation. Security Camera Tampering $250 fee for blocking, covering, disconnecting, or tampering with security cameras. Lost Remote Controls $100 replacement fee for any lost or missing remote control, including TV, fan, or air conditioning remotes. Deep Cleaning & Holiday Cleaning Fee A deep cleaning fee applies to reservations of 7 nights or longer. A holiday cleaning fee applies to reservations that include checkout on recognized holiday dates. Reservations that qualify for both fees will incur an additional $87.50 charge, which will be collected through the Airbnb Resolution Center after booking confirmation. Liability Disclaimer Guests assume all responsibility for their stay and use of the property. The property owner and management are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, loss of personal belongings, valuables, packages, or items left behind during or after the stay.
